A beautiful part of Ontario, where you can go for a long walk or ride along the lake. It is an excellent place to meet friends and their dogs for a wonderful walk and talk! Also great places for picnics bbqing, playgrounds for kids. We try and meet up with a bunch of cairn terriers and their humans once a month for a walk, rain or shine!
Visited the place with family on Saturday afternoon. The place is very nice and there are lots of activities for kids on full stretch from Burlington Beach to Confederation park.
It is nice garden won lake side for fun. You can enjoy picnic with family or beach side. The beach is not with sand but have stones. But water is clean and you can swim and enjoy it. Kids will have fun.
The best thing is there is plenty of parking space and toilets are super clean. Kudos to park staff.
There is currently no entrance fee for the park. However, one should go early as it can be full in the afternoon. Also plan in advance as there are so many activities to do.
Park is pretty good with lots of picnic tables and nice play structure. BBQ is not allowed in park. Washroom are good. Washroom has separate area to clean beach sand . Bring food and enjoy rest of the day at park and beach . Long cycle track and parking is free and plenty.
Long beautiful park with nice pathway perfect for walking, biking or even skating. Great views
I lived by the water in Stoney Creek for years and walked to this park every day. Beautiful walkways, a lot of space, very well taken care of and a lot of parking in some areas.
An awesome trail for a walk as well as cycling. The trail has lake on one side and some green gardens on the other side. The parking was free (winters), not sure about peak season. Some good options for kids playing area are also available.
Great place to exercise, walk, cycle, rollerblade. It is peaceful and quiet an awesome picnic spot. There are benches by the waterside where you can just relax and take in the cool lake breeze. The Waterfront Trail goes through the park and …
Sunday funday with my girls :)
Excellent and very relaxing beach to walk around with cool people that I have. Not that typical crowded for a Sunday afternoon. A lot of picnic table available. …
Such a beautiful place. The beach is always clean when I visit. The trail is great, though I've never walked it. I have seen the flat pavement and empty garbage bins, which tells me it's well maintained. My favorite thing about this beach is how clear the water is.
Good place for long and relaxing walk, beach trail less busy than usual don't have worry about bicyclists running into you!
